Akivasha uses the Prophet template from the Immortals Handbook: Ascension. The new divine ability Animal Command was created because, in The Hour of the Dragon, Akivasha apparently had some ability to control the giant snakes. This statistics block describes Akivasha when she is thousands of years old, ancient and experienced, a great power beyond the lesser, common vampires of the world; such as when she appears in The Hour of the Dragon at ten thousand years old. ArtifactsEditMacabre Tongue: This dagger’s blade is deep red and engraved with gray runes which form an ancient spell that calls for blood; its hilt is a ghoulish green-gray and unmarked. It is a +4 keen wounding speed dagger that, if wielded by an assassin, grants the wielder a +1 bonus to the DC of their death attack’s Fortitude save.
Seeking Fang: This dagger is bone-white, both hilt and blade. It is a +8 keen wounding dagger.
Sunless Ward: This black amulet is a gem dark as the starless night and harder than diamond. It acts as a +11 amulet of natural armor.
Akivasha has only 3 artifacts rather than the Immortals Handbook norm of 4, so her ECL (and thus CR) are reduced.

Benefit: The immortal can command (as charm animal) or calm (as calm animals) any number of animals with total HD up to twice that of the immortal. If any saving throw is allowed (see the description of calm animals) the DC is 20 + immortal’s Charisma modifier.
